Download for free Tip 1: Who is your target group? Do you already have a clear idea of who your target group is? Don't just spread a message on all kinds of social media channels. First find out for yourself who you want to have a conversation with? To do this, look at your current customer base. Are they mainly women, men, young people or the elderly? You can base the use of social media on this. Maybe you want to capture the target group in some buyer personas?
